SIYAVAR RAMCHANDRA KI JAI

Ramayan Path

Ramayan Path is the devotional recitation of the sacred story of Lord Shri Ram, most often from Tulsidas's Ramcharitmanas or Valmiki's Ramayan. Alongside the recitation, the family performs puja of Ram Darbar, offering flowers, tulsi, prasad and aarti in an atmosphere of pure devotion.

The Ramayan is a guide to dharma, duty, love and sacrifice, and listening to it is believed to fill the home with peace and harmony. Families hold the path on Ram Navami and Navratri, at Griha Pravesh, before new beginnings, or simply in gratitude. It can be a complete path across all seven kands, a Sundarkand path, or a selected portion, as you prefer.
